Unless we ship incorrect products or if products are defective, all returned products are subject to a standard service charge ($10.00 minimum), which is deducted from the total refund amount, based on the following schedule: 1) Products returned within 30 calendar days from the purchase date are subject to a 10% service fee; 2) Products returned within 31 to 60 calendar days from the purchase date are subject to a 20% service fee; 3) Products returned within 61 to 90 calendar days from the purchase date are subject to a 30% service fee. We do not issue refunds for products returned after 90 days from the purchase date. We do not refund shipping and handling charges or import taxes and tariffs pertaining to products returned to us.
If you wish to receive a refund for a paper-based product you purchased from us, you must request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) online. Simply follow the procedure indicated in the email we send to you. Unless circumstances prevent us from doing so, we issue refunds for returned products according to the original type of payment received (e.g., credit cards are credited for credit card payments).
We may deny a customer's request for an RMA in the following situations: 1) If the product being returned was not purchased on the customer's account; 2) If we have not received payment for the product being returned; 3) If the product being returned was free or purchased under an "all sales final" agreement; 4) If the customer's account has been closed or suspended; 5) If a breach of contract has occurred.
We must receive the returned product from you within 10 calendar days after the date the RMA was issued. If you need additional time to return a product, you may request a five-day extension to the return deadline.
We issue refunds for products returned to us only if we have previously issued an RMA for these products. Paper-based products must be returned to us in acceptable (i.e., undamaged, unused, and unopened) condition by the return deadline.
Yes. Customers are expected to pay for shipping paper-based products returned to us, unless the original products we shipped were incorrect or defective.
If all requirements are met, we issue refunds for paper-based products within 10 business days after receiving the products from you. We issue refunds for online products within 10 business days after the RMA has been issued.
We do not allow direct exchanges of products. If you no longer want to use a particular product, you may return the product to us and then order the replacement product.
