Customer Status Groups

  1. We assign all customers to one of the following customer status groups: Regular, Preferred, Preferred Plus, License, Affiliate, Trial.
  2. We assign all new customers to a "Regular" customer status, which entitles them to receive quantity discounts and promotional offers for our products and fee-based services.
  3. We assign customers to a "Preferred" customer status when they satisfy all of the following criteria: 1) They have been our customer for at least 365 days; 2) They have made all their payments on time in the last 365 days; 3) They have purchased at least $25,000 of our online and/or paper-based products.
  4. In addition to the benefits that our Regular customers receive, Preferred customers receive a 20% discount on all of our products and fee-based services.
  5. We assign customers to a "Preferred Plus" customer status at our own discretion on a case-by-case basis.
  6. Besides the benefits that our Preferred customers receive, Preferred Plus customers receive an additional 10% discount on all of our products and fee-based services.
  7. Our Preferred and Preferred Plus customers maintain their customer status as long as they satisfy the following criteria: 1) They make all their payments on time; 2) They purchase at least $25,000 of our online and/or paper-based products annually.
  8. We may downgrade the status of a Preferred or Preferred Plus customer at our own discretion if certain issues arise (e.g., breach of contract, late payments).
  9. Customers assigned to a "License" customer status receive the benefits stipulated in our License Agreement with them.
  10. We assign the customers of our business affiliates to an "Affiliate" customer status, which entitles them to receive special quantity discounts and promotional offers.
  11. The appropriate business affiliate may need to approve the "Affiliate" customer status that we assign to a customer before the customer can take advantage of applicable quantity discounts and promotional offers.
  12. Customers assigned to a "Trial" customer status have unlimited, free access to selected products and fee-based services for a specified period of time.
