We include our recommended test batteries in test booklets. When completing test batteries, individuals use an answer sheet corresponding to the assessments included in a battery. Since people mark their answers on an answer sheet, assessment booklets can be reused and scoring is more efficient.

All assessment booklets contain the following:

  • Clear directions for each employment test included in the booklet

  • Directions indicating when to start and stop each assessment

When completing test batteries, individuals use an answer sheet corresponding to the assessments included in a battery. Instead of marking their answers on an assessment, individuals provide answers on an answer sheet, which:

We have designed all of our paper-based employment tests to be scored quickly and easily by hand. Scoring templates, which are printed on clear acetate sheets, are placed over completed assessments (i.e., if they are administered individually) or answer sheets (i.e., if assessments are administered in an assessment booklet) to reveal the correct answers.

Scoring templates simplify scoring and minimize scoring errors. All assessments in our recommended employment test batteries usually can be scored within three minutes.

This form helps you keep complete and accurate records regarding people's performance on employment tests. You can use this form to convert raw scores to percentiles, which makes it easier for you to interpret assessment results.
