"Solving Problems" is an employment test that measures the ability to solve work problems by applying established procedures and using logic (problem solving test). This skills test assesses logical and analytical skills required for solving routine problems. It predicts effectiveness in the areas of General Learning Ability, Problem Solving, Productivity / Efficiency, and Overall Effectiveness.
