You may use our website to purchase both our paper-based products and online products and services. To minimize errors, we do not accept orders for our products via email or fax.
Most of the assessments that we offer online are also available in a paper-and-pencil format. If you use the paper-and-pencil versions of our employment tests, however, you will need to order administration and scoring materials.
Yes, as long as you make changes to the order or cancel the order within 60 minutes after the order has been placed. A special "cancellation button" is displayed in a customer's account for 60 minutes after an order has been placed. Since orders are processed 60 minutes after an order is placed, customers are not allowed to make changes to an order or to cancel an order after it has been processed. If you do not make changes to an order or cancel an order within the 60-minute cancellation period, you may always return the paper-based products and place another order.
Our shipping and handling fees are based on the total weight of products shipped, the shipment destination, and the requested delivery service.
Unless products are back-ordered, we make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours after receiving an order. Depending on the delivery service you select, most customers receive their orders within two to five business days.
We accept credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®), company checks, and bank checks. You may use a credit card and pay immediately online, or you may pay by check according to the terms of our agreement.
Payment terms for purchase orders are NET 15 days.
If an order for our paper-based products involves one or more back-ordered items, the total dollar amount of the order and the total shipping and handling charges are pre-authorized, regardless of the number of charges that may occur, as long as the original total dollar amount is not exceeded.
Yes, as long as you cancel the order within 24 hours after receiving the notification from us that the item has been back-ordered.
If you are authorized, you can view purchases made at each location in your company. You also may have access to all paid and unpaid invoices.
