Assessment Procedure

This assessment includes pairs of names, addresses, and numbers ("fields"). Individuals are provided basic rules regarding changes that have been made to the second field in each pair. These changes do not make the second field different from the first field in a pair (e.g., deleting hyphens from a social security number). Individuals are asked to compare the second field to the first field and determine if any errors exist in the second field (e.g., numbers have been transposed, typographical errors). For each pair, individuals are asked to select "Correct" if the second field does not contain an error or "Incorrect" if the second field does contain an error.
