Information Provided by Customers

  1. Individuals are required to provide the following information at the time they register with us: first and last name, preferred salutation, company name, email address, email preferences, user name, password, and answers to two challenge questions.
  2. All authorized administrators in an organization are required to provide the following information at the time they open an Administrator Account with us: user name, password, answers to two challenge questions, first and last name, business address, telephone number, email address, and email preferences.
  3. Administrators may be required to provide certain types of information if they wish to be granted or assigned certain privileges on our website.
