Back Orders

  1. Customers using credit cards to pay for paper-based products are required to provide a pre-authorization for charging their credit cards for back-ordered items.
  2. If an order for our paper-based products involves one or more back-ordered items, the total dollar amount of the order is pre-authorized, regardless of the number of charges that may occur, as long as the original total dollar amount is not exceeded.
  3. If an order for our paper-based products involves one or more back-ordered items, the total shipping charge for the order is pre-authorized, regardless of the number of shipments that may occur, as long as the original total shipping charge is not exceeded.
  4. We notify customers via email regarding back-ordered items.
  5. Customers are allowed to cancel orders for items that are back-ordered within 24 hours after receiving the notification that the item has been back-ordered.
  6. We do not charge or invoice customers for a back-ordered, paper-based product until the item is shipped.
