Purchasing Paper-Based Products

  1. We ship orders for our paper-based products to destinations inside the United States via the shipping service that you select. In most cases, orders for our paper-based products will be shipped through Federal Express®. If necessary, however, we have the sole discretion to select a more reliable or cost-effective delivery service through such organizations as UPS®, DHL®, or United States Postal Service.
  2. Orders for our paper-based products to be delivered outside the United States are shipped, at our sole discretion, via a reliable and cost-effective delivery service (e.g., Federal Express®, UPS®, DHL®, United States Postal Service).
  3. We do not refund shipping and handling fees unless we have made a mistake in shipping an order (e.g., have shipped incorrect products).
  4. We do not ship paper-based products purchased in any given order to more than one address.
  5. Since we cannot ship our products to P.O. boxes, all shipping addresses must contain a street address.
  6. If you do not verify your shipping address by using our verification service and your unverified address is incorrect, you may be charged an additional fee if our shipping provider charges us for a faulty address that you provide.
  7. Our shipping and handling fees are based on the total weight of products shipped, the shipment destination, and the requested delivery service.
  8. Our minimum shipping and handling fee is $5.00.
  9. Products shipped to destinations outside the United States may involve a shipping and handling fee higher than what we normally charge to U.S. customers.
  10. We apply state sales tax to all products that we ship to addresses in California and Minnesota.
  11. Customers are required to pay all import taxes, tariffs, duties, and/or export fees on products that we ship to destinations outside the United States.
  12. If necessary, we may upgrade the delivery service for an order at no extra charge to the customer.
  13. Orders that require overnight delivery must be placed by 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) to be received the next business day.
  14. Although we make every effort to ship all orders in a timely manner, shipping may be delayed if an item is not in stock or if an order is unusually large.
  15. Unless products are back-ordered, we make every effort to ship all orders within two business days after receiving an order.
  16. Although we make every attempt to ship our products within two business days after receiving an order, we cannot guarantee delivery of products within any time frame specified by you.
  17. We notify customers via email regarding orders that we receive and orders that we ship.
  18. We email invoices for purchase orders involving our paper-based products on the same day we ship the products.
