Discounts

  1. Only individuals who have registered with us are eligible to receive promotional discounts for our products and services.
  2. Only one discount code, including promotional and BizRewards™ discount codes, may be used per order.
  3. Promotional discounts expire 60 calendar days after being awarded.
  4. We reserve the right to cancel at any time any offer regarding promotional discounts, whether already awarded or yet to be awarded, if we determine that multiple accounts have been opened in an organization for the purpose of accumulating free discount codes.
  5. Customers receive a 10% quantity discount on orders exceeding $10,000. This quantity discount is automatically applied in the shopping cart if the total order exceeds $10,000.
  6. Customers receive a 20% quantity discount on orders exceeding $25,000. This quantity discount is automatically applied in the shopping cart if the total order exceeds $25,000.
  7. Quantity discounts are applied before other applicable discounts are applied. For example, if a customer orders $11,000 of our products, the quantity discount would be $1,100, which would be subtracted from the total amount ($11,000 - $1,100 = $9,900). If the customer had a 25% BizRewards™ discount (up to $1,000), this discount would then be applied to $9,900. After both discounts have been applied, the total amount would be $8,900 ($9,900 - $1,000 = $8,900).
  8. Organizations that negotiate special prices for certain products do not qualify for promotional and BizRewards discounts for such products. In other words, an organization that purchases certain products at special negotiated prices may not use any promotional and BizRewards discounts when purchasing these products.
  9. If a customer receives a quantity discount on an order and returns online or paper-based products from that order, the amount of money that was discounted may be deducted from the value of the returned products if the subsequent total amount of the order (i.e., after subtracting the value of the returned products from the original total amount of the order) does not exceed $10,000 or $25,000 (i.e., the established points at which quantity discounts apply). Therefore, the refunded amount (if any) may be less than the value of the returned products.
